Re: Final Examinations

1. Final exams for T1, T2, T3 (Ecclesiastical Course): March 10-14, 2008.
2. Professors are advised to personally get the test booklets from the Academic Offices.
3. All checked and graded test booklets of the final exams including other requirements of the course must be submitted to the Registrar's Office. The test booklets and other requirements will be used as reference in case of questions and complaints.
4. DEADLINE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF FINAL GRADES FOR THE SECOND SEMESTER AY 2007-2008 IS ON 21 MARCH 2008. CHED DEADLINE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF GRADES IS TWO WEEKS AFTER THE FINAL EXAMS. Kindly submit your grades on or before the deadline to give the office ample time to accomplish the REPORT OF PROMOTIONS, which we will submit to CHED.
5. The highest grade for the first year students AY 2007-2008 is 100%. T2, T3, and T4 highest mark is 97%.
6. Class cards with the final grades together with the duly accomplished and signed OFFICIAL GRADING SHEETS must be submitted to the Registrar's Office on or before 21 March 2008. The distribution of the class cards to the students will be done by the personnel of the Registrar's Office.
7. To avoid problems, NO INCOMPLETE grades should be given to students.

4. Test booklets of the written comprehensive exams in Dogma must be submitted to the Registrar's Office. These booklets will be submitted to the Pontificia Universitas Urbaniana in Rome.
5. Final grades of the graduating classes must be submitted on or before 7 March 2008 to give the office ample time to compute the grades of the honor students. Graduation day is 15 March 2008.
6. T2 and T4 highest mark is 97%.

Re: Clearance Forms for Graduation

1. All graduating students must get their clearance forms from the Academic Offices.
2. The Clearance Forms must be signed by the professors and by those who are in charge of the different offices that are indicated on the forms.
3. Once the student is cleared from all obligations, he must submit the clearance form to the Registrar's Office.
4. The deadline for the submission of clearance forms is on 29 February 2008.
5. Students who fail to submit their clearance forms on the abovementioned deadline will not be included on the list of the candidates for graduation.

Candidates for the Master of Arts in Theology Major in Pastoral Ministry (MATPM) are advised to submit copies of their Project Paper Abstracts on or before 11 January 2008 (FRIDAY). Students who fail to submit the aforementioned requirement on the deadline will not graduate in March 2008.
